I am an experienced Product Manager that specializes in SaaS technlologies. In my current role as a Senior Analyst and Product Specialist at Q-Centrix, I have successfully led the development and management of the Universal Registry, a clinical data capture tool that helps improve data accuracy and patient care for hospitals internationally.
As the central point of contact for multiple teams, I ensure alignment between business roles, client stakeholders, and our technical staff, managing obstacles and keeping timelines clear. In addition, I’m responsible for keeping our teams compliant with upcoming regulatory changes, data requirements and technical specifications from the industry organizing bodies with which we partner, including the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS).
I thrive in collaborative teams where I can work to bring stability to what might otherwise be a chaotic situation. Notably, in a previous role at Softway, I took over the primary product team when business suddenly shifted during the COVID crisis. I acted as Scrum Master (and wore a dozen other hats) and was crucial in the successful development and implementation of a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) now used by clients such as Google and Nuro.
I am extremely passionate about doing what provides value. Often, we can find ourselves in what author Melissa Perri refers to as the “build trap”—or building features without an intimate understanding of what our users and their beneficiaries are trying to accomplish. I personally believe…
As the Senior Analyst and Lead Product Specialist overseeing the flagship product, Universal Registry, my responsibilities encompassed the development of novel cardiovascular registries, the implementation of advanced machine learning models to enhance data accuracy, and the supervision of software engineers and helpdesk agents to ensure the sustained operational integrity of the platform, achieving an uptime of 99.98% (equivalent to 357.93 days of continuous operation).
I was the primary consultant for this product marketing initiative. I worked with the engineers that developed the physical hardware and software to develop marketing materials, created all graphics, iconography, and any physical material.
Project and Account Manager for Softway's largest client, ExxonMobil. I developed LMS (Learning Management System) technologies, internal marketing plans, and educational content. In this role I managed large enterprise budgets and project timelines.

"Branden is truly a great person to work with. I came into a new role which required a lot of support from Branden and his team. Throughout all the tasks delegated to me and questions that needed answering, Branden was responsive and was able to teach me to help keep the momentum going. Not only has Branden helped me learn so much in my current role, but he's also incredibly easy to talk to and level with. He is direct in pointing out when something is wrong, and willing to collaborate to resolve the issue together. Branden demonstrates all the characteristics of a great collaborator, team player and teacher."
